MUNK GmbH is an innovative company focused on the development and manufacture of high-performance power supply systems and rectifiers for surface treatment and finishing.
Since our founding in 1970, Munk has been producing at our Hamm location and today employs around 150 qualified staff members. For over 55 years, we have been developing and manufacturing modern rectifiers that are in use worldwide—including in the automotive industry, swimming pools, and a wide variety of industrial facilities.
Our technologies help make processes more efficient and support companies on their path to a modern, digital future. With a research and development ratio of over 10% and our own transformer production, we stand for innovation, quality, and future-proof power supply technologies.
The management is led by the managing partners Frank Munk and Thorsten Munk.
Munk GmbH was founded in 1970 by Karl Heinz Munk. As early as 1997, his sons Frank and Thorsten took over the company shares, thereby setting the course early for future-oriented development of the company.
