Application
The PKA 2 is a reliable protection system for all electroless nickel plating processes, specifically developed to protect stainless steel tanks from damage. Whether in large-scale industrial plants or laboratory systems, the PKA 2 ensures optimal tank protection and long-term process stability.

Product Description
During electroless nickel plating processes in stainless steel tanks, nickel deposits can build up rapidly, often unexpectedly, inside the tank. Because of the damage this does to the tank’s passive surface, the process tank becomes unsuitable for further production and must be renewed or replaced at great cost. The PKA 2 anodic tank protection processor has been designed to help prevent this. Its dynamic natural potential SCAN® monitors the actual tank potential and automatically calculates and applies the necessary minimal counter-potential. This means a longer life span for your electrolyte, reduced costs, and a higher level of operational safety.
