Ampere-hour meter
Type CC 4000

Application
The CC 4000 ampere-hour meter is used in the electroplating and anodizing industry as well as in battery monitoring. It enables precise recording and control of charged and discharged ampere-hours, supporting reliable process control and consistently high quality in electrochemical applications.

Product Description
The CC 4000 ampere-hour meter is a high-precision DC meter with LCD display for measuring Asec, Amin, and Ah as well as for use as a metal weight meter. The clear 6-digit display enables quick and easy recording of all relevant process data.

The device features two counters: Counter 1 is used for process control or as a weight meter, while Counter 2 serves as a background counter for dosing tasks. A convenient switch between both displays can be made at the touch of a button. Each counter has a separate signal output for easy integration into existing systems.

The CC 4000 is available both as a module and as a benchtop unit, offering maximum flexibility for different applications.

Customer benefits
The CC 4000 ampere-hour meter is extremely flexible to use, as each of the two counters can be parameterized independently. In addition, four different counting modes can be set.

FAQ

What is the CC 4000 used for?

The CC 4000 is a digital precision DC meter for use in the electroplating and anodizing industry. It measures Asec, Amin, and Ah and can be used as a metal weight meter.
The CC 4000 features two independent counters: Counter 1 is typically used for process control or as a weight meter, Counter 2 serves as a background counter for dosing pumps.
The CC 4000 is designed as a digital precision meter with a 6-digit LCD display. The measurement accuracy is in the per-mille range, which is crucial for metal weight calculations.
Yes, each of the two counters has its own signal output that can trigger an alarm signal or control action (e.g., dosing pump) when the set count value is reached.
The CC 4000 can be combined with virtually all rectifiers that provide a shunt or current output. Compatibility can be verified with MUNK sales.
