This way, you not only know what is coming but also what has already happened online.<br \/>\nThe industrial touch panel of the HS 1200 ensures the robustness required at the process bath, while its compact size allows it to fit into niches.    <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>HS 1200 Process Control<\/strong><br \/>\nFor the technical anodizing of aluminum, high flexibility in designing the anodizing program is crucial. The range of alloys and the great variety of electrolyte variants can only be brought together to an optimal result through maximum adaptability of the process control. With 10 program groups and 20 programs each, the HS 1200 offers a clear, simple operation and great versatility. Multi-stage programs, pulse function, surface mode, and other additional functions enable individual program sequences for optimal results and higher productivity. A special program editor ensures clarity during programming. The graphic-capable color touch panel supports intuitive operation.     <\/p>\n<p>The digital interface facilitates integration into a modern Ethernet-based network. This enables seamless data exchange between production and order management.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the HS 1200 allows for online production control via optional remote functions \u2013 not only on PCs but also on mobile devices.<\/p>\n<p>More power in an even smaller space is another feature of the HS 1200 compared to its proven predecessor generation.
