AS 1200 Process Control
The AS 1200 impresses with simple and intuitive operation as well as a sustainable increase in productivity. The control algorithm optimized for the needs and requirements of decorative aluminum anodizing ensures the shortest process times. The industrial-grade graphic touchpanel supports intuitive operation. Additional process information is displayed clearly on the screen, as numerical values and as trend lines.

The AS 1200 digital interface facilitates integration into a modern Ethernet-based network. This enables seamless data exchange between production and order management. With optional functions, online production monitoring based on the digital interface becomes possible not only on PCs but also on mobile devices. More performance in even less space – this is another feature of the AS 1200 compared to the proven previous generation. Barely larger than the 9″ screen, the AS 1200 can be installed almost anywhere.

What is the main function of the AS 1200?

The AS 1200 is an intelligent process controller specifically designed for the anodic oxidation (anodizing) of aluminium. It fully automatically controls current and voltage according to predefined parameters, ensuring consistently high coating quality.
Through automatic control, integrated data logging and automatic monitoring, the AS 1200 reduces manual intervention and scrap. Control accuracy and process repeatability increase significantly.
The AS 1200 controls current, voltage and time in accordance with the programmed recipes. It continuously monitors the actual values and makes corrective adjustments when deviations occur.
Yes, the AS 1200 is specifically designed for use with MUNK rectifiers from the ECO and Power series and communicates directly with them via standardized interfaces.
The AS 1200 features a clear display and an intuitive user interface. Recipes for different alloys can be easily saved and retrieved.
