Application
The PowerCabinet and PowerCabinet Nano are central multi-circuit power supplies for modern electroplating lines. They are particularly suitable for POP systems as well as medium-sized systems, for example for zinc and zinc-nickel coatings. Both systems enable efficient, flexible, and scalable DC power supply for industrial coating processes.

The PowerCabinet is the most powerful version in the multi-circuit power supply range and is suitable for high output currents. Individual modules can be flexibly scaled and adapted to the respective process requirements.

The PowerCabinet Nano offers the compact alternative in modern low-profile design. Depending on the version, 3 to 6 individual rectifiers in 19″ design are available. Central infeed, bundled interfaces, and a lateral copper busbar connection make integration into existing systems easier.

PowerCabinet: max. 8 x 2,000 A or 10 x 1,500 A
PowerCabinet Nano: max. 6 x 2,000 A

Both systems are available with air or water cooling and can be seamlessly integrated into modern plant control systems.

Can the PowerCabinet replace old rectifiers?

Yes. The PowerCabinet replaces older rectifier systems without significant conversion effort. It can be quickly integrated into existing systems and subsequently ensures more stable processes, lower energy costs, and higher plant availability.
