The fully electronic SiC polarity reverser is based on modern silicon carbide (SiC) technology and enables fast, low-loss polarity reversal without mechanical switching elements. This significantly reduces switching and conduction losses, while achieving high energy efficiency and a compact design.
Even with continuous DC currents of up to 2,000 A, the system operates stably and reliably in terms of thermal performance. The short switching times support precise process control and make the SiC polarity reverser particularly suitable for demanding, dynamic applications. Thanks to its compact design, the SiC polarity reverser can be flexibly integrated into existing systems – for example, in PSP Box, PSP Tower, as a plug-in solution in cabinet systems, or in multi-circuit power supplies. This makes it suitable for both retrofit projects and new installations.
Designed for process voltages up to 45 V and optionally scalable for higher total currents, the SiC polarity reverser offers a powerful, durable, and future-proof solution for industrial DC processes.
