Application
The Multi output rectifier is ideally suited for modern electroplating systems, e.g. in plastic electroplating (POP) or for zinc and zinc alloys. It is also used in semi-automated small systems, for example in medical technology, as well as for pulse applications. It ensures an efficient, stable and reliable DC power supply for a wide range of industrial processes.
Product description
The Multi output rectifier is a central cabinet system that supplies electroplating baths with DC power in a star configuration, reliably. As a “ready-to-go” rectifier solution, it is equipped with an integrated mains sub-distribution and features a central mains, control and cooling connection.
By installing the system at a technically sensible distance with a central infeed, it offers high fuse selectivity, modern communication interfaces and a well-thought-out cooling concept. The integrated rectifier units in proven 19″ plug-in technology ensure flexible, service-friendly operation. At the same time, risks such as those that can occur with decentralized individual units directly at the electroplating bath are significantly reduced.
The Multi output rectifier is available in both air-cooled and water-cooled versions, offering maximum flexibility for different system concepts.
Customer Benefits
The Multi output rectifier bundles all process cells in a central housing. Installation effort is concentrated on a single central mains cable, the control line, and the DC cabling and busbars. In contrast to a decentralized solution, the system ensures that dangerous mains voltage remains exclusively within the cabinet and does not reach the bath. The costs for optimal cooling are low.
Furthermore, the Multi output rectifier has a sustainable, robust design that withstands the corrosive environmental conditions at the process baths and offers the user production reliability.
